Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will continue to produce at a high level while stepping into leadership. You will lead a team, mentor staff, recruit talent, and drive culture and performance with a focus on expanding business beyond personal production.

This role emphasizes sales leadership, scalable infrastructure, and strong P&L upside tied to team performance, with compensation geared toward executive-level results.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and handling difficult situations with branches/divisions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership focused on sales accomplishment and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
