Qualifications

• Active NMLS number in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer with a proven sales record.
• Experience as Mortgage Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales execution across the region with Regional Sales Managers and Sales/Branch Managers.
• Set and monitor regional loan officer goals aligned with company objectives.
• Support production, budget goals, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on regional initiatives.
• Recruit and retain Loan Officers, coaching managers.
