Job summary

TowneBank is seeking a Mortgage Area Sales Manager to lead a regional team of Loan Officers, focusing on recruitment, coaching and growth. You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Branch Managers to drive strategy, enhance sales performance and maintain a strong, results-driven culture.

You will be responsible for mentoring teams, ensuring consistent sales execution, and supporting pipeline management, profitability, and exceptional client experience across the region.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS number in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer with a proven sales record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a high-performing team of Loan Officers across the region.
• Recruit, retain and coach Loan Officers to achieve production goals.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Branch Managers to drive sales execution and regional growth.
• Ensure consistent sales processes and an exceptional client experience.
• Monitor performance, train managers and support pipeline management and profitability.
