Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• BA or BS preferred.
• 5 years minimum mortgage sales/management experience.
• Experience with mortgage originations and mortgage sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains and coaches Mortgage Loan Originators to drive production.
• Originates loans from internal and external referral sources.
• Develops COI relationships to support team production.
• Executes strategies to achieve production goals and manage partnerships.
• Supports MLOs with structuring loans and delivering quality files.
• Participates in sales/operational meetings and presents updates.
• Manages risk and adheres to the bank's risk management program.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
