Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Mortgage Sales Development Specialist to support the mortgage sales leadership with strategic planning, training and process improvements. You will drive onboarding, training, reporting, and recognition programs for the front-line team and coordinate admin for the Mortgage Marketing System.

You will also assist with compensation delivery, vendor coordination, and compliance tasks, while supporting management with planning, meetings and travel

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partners with sales leadership to develop and facilitate training/onboarding, sales activity management and reporting, recognition programs, and process/procedure publication for the mortgage sales group.
• Serves as support administrator for the Mortgage Marketing System including user profiles, email campaigns and portal management, plus coordination of internal systems (LOS, Intranet, JDrive, SharePoint).
• Facilitates and supports mortgage compensation execution, reporting, and customer service, compliance and quality for the sales team.
• Provides administrative support for Management and the sales leadership team (time management, meeting planning, reporting, travel).
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees must understand and manage risk per F.N.B. risk program.
