Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group seeks a Regional Mobile Service Manager to drive performance and productivity of mobile technicians across multiple locations. You will ensure full utilization, deliver high-quality field service, and act as the escalation point for on-site customer issues.

Responsibilities include coaching technicians, coordinating with shop operations, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining safety, compliance, and data transparency to guarantee exceptional customer experience and uptime.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage multi-location technician teams.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capability.
• Deep understanding of mobile service operations and field repair environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage mobile technician productivity, efficiency, and output across the region.
• Ensure daily full utilization of all mobile technicians.
• Monitor and actively manage productivity, efficiency, revenue per technician, and work completion rates.
• Provide daily leadership and performance feedback to mobile technicians; develop and execute improvement plans.
• Coordinate with fixed operations leadership to balance workload and eliminate idle capacity.
