Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities seeks a Regional Operations Director to oversee daily operations across a portfolio of military housing properties. You will coach site leaders, ensure best practices, and drive occupancy and revenue management in collaboration with project directors and DoD partners.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, travel up to 75%, and a valid driver’s license. APM/ARM certification within a year is preferred. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in property management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Desirable project management experience.
• Certification: Accredited Residential Manager or Certified Apartment Manager within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of military housing properties.
• Coach site operations leadership to implement best practices.
• Prepare monthly portfolio summaries with financial variances and KPIs.
• Monitor and report financial and operational findings to VP.
• Develop teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups for occupancy and revenue management.
