The Regional Business Development Specialist will build local merchant pipelines, engage restaurant and retail owners, qualify opportunities, and promote Yammii’s POS and payment solutions. This role suits early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to regional market development, merchant acquisition, and growth

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or related roles.
• Strong communication with business owners, operators, decision makers, or local communities.
• Self-motivated and able to work in field-based, independently managed environments.
• Experience in student organizations, sponsorships, fundraising, restaurant operations, or local outreach.
• Professional communication ability in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop merchant pipelines within assigned regional markets.
• Drive market-facing outreach and relationship development with restaurant and retail merchants.
• Qualify merchant opportunities and pitch Yammii’s POS and payment solutions.
• Support commercial discussions, merchant follow-up, and activation handoff.
• Share market feedback, competitor insights, and merchant needs with the internal team.
