99 Ranch Market is seeking a Merchandising Manager (Buyer) to plan, source, negotiate, and manage procurement for regionally managed products that support business goals. The role emphasizes supplier relationships, cost-effective purchasing, and timely product flow from Edison-area stores.

The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, drive operational efficiency, and deliver results aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or retail merchandising.
• Familiarity with Asian grocery products and market trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select products based on market trends, performance, supplier reliability, and consumer demand.
• Manage the product life cycle and supplier relationships.
• Provide product and pricing recommendations to regional store teams.
• Negotiate pricing, order quantities, discounts, and terms with suppliers.
• Plan and process daily requisitions and purchase orders to meet store demand.
