Love's Travel Stops in the Indianapolis area is seeking an Area Merchandising Manager to drive merchandising compliance, coach sales, and manage vendor relations across multiple locations.

The role requires 2+ years in district restaurant management, budget/P&L experience, multi-unit leadership, and completion of pre-employment screenings. Love's offers tuition assistance, health insurance, 401(k) match, and quarterly bonuses.

• 2+ years in a district restaurant management position required.
• 2+ years deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years leading through influence in a multi-unit setting.

• Communicate clear expectations to achieve all brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location.
• Collaborate with District Managers to manage turnover and retention; recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop team members.

• Resolve customer feedback with timely solutions.
• Protect assets via audits and ensure cash handling compliance with Love’s policies.
