Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Area Merchandising Manager to drive merchandising compliance, coaching, and vendor relations across our district locations in and around Akron, Ohio. You will ensure brand standards are met, oversee training, and steer sales performance.

You will lead regular store visits, collaborate with district leaders, and optimize reporting to improve efficiency and customer experience while protecting company assets and profits.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a district restaurant management position are required.
• 2+ years of budgeting and P&L management experience.
• 2+ years of leading through influence in a multi-unit setting.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks, with possible DOT screening.

Mansioni

• Communicate clear expectations to achieve brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Conduct quarterly visits and weekly calls for each location.
• Collaborate with District Managers to manage turnover and retention; recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop teams.
• Identify opportunities on monthly, weekly, and daily reports and implement plans to correct issues and improve performance.
• Address customer feedback by determining timely, optimal solutions.
• Protect company assets via audits and ensure cash handling and Love’s policies and procedures are followed.
