Job summary

Oakmont is seeking a strong leader to support recruitment and onboarding of Directors and to guide new communities through setup and training. You will partner with regional and corporate teams to ensure consistent execution of programming standards and policies.

The role requires experience with dementia care, leadership, and budget awareness, plus ability to train, coach, and mentor staff. Travel and collaboration across communities are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years as a Traditions Director or equivalent in a similar field.
• Experience with persons with dementia is required (2+ years).
• Must meet CA DDS dementia trainer qualifications or be willing to obtain.
• Must have RCFE Administrator Certification or be willing to obtain.
• Pass a DOJ Criminal Background Check and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new Directors.
• Work with new Traditions Directors until fully functional in their position responsibilities.
• Assist in retraining and coaching of Traditions Directors as directed by leadership.
• Conduct Traditions Program Audits and follow-up per guidelines.
• Ensure Oakmont Traditions policies and procedures are adhered to across communities.
• Participate in policy and procedure development with regional and corporate teams.
• Assist in new development/opening of communities, including team hiring and training.
• Participate in development of Oakmont Programming standards and related projects.
