Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Northern California is seeking a Regional Memory Care Specialist to support our communities with memory care programs, staffing, and regulatory compliance. This role requires extensive travel across the portfolio and collaboration with Directors to uphold Oakmont standards.

Ideal candidates have senior living experience, dementia care background, and leadership capabilities. Travel can be up to 100%, with salary range $75,000-$85,000 and health benefits across

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Min. 2 years as a Traditions Director or equivalent in a similar field.
• Experience with dementia for at least 2 years and 1 year in a management/leadership role.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• BA/S in gerontology, psychology, social work, or related field, or 4 years experience in related setting.
• Ability to speak at public events.
• Must meet CA DDS minimum qualifications of a dementia trainer.
• Must have or be willing to obtain RCFE Administrator Certification.
• Pass a DOJ Criminal Background Check.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budgeting, programming cost, labor, scheduling, and HR/hiring understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new Directors.
• Assist in retraining and coaching Traditions Directors.
• Conduct Traditions Program Audits and follow-up.
• Ensure Oakmont Traditions policies and procedures are followed.
• Participate in policy and procedure development.
• Assist in new community openings, including hiring and training.
• Develop Oakmont Programming standards and policies.
