Global Medical Response’s AMCN division seeks an Area Director of Membership Sales to lead a field-based team across multiple states including Alaska. Drive revenue growth by coaching Membership Sales Managers and executing market expansion strategies.

You will work hands-on in the field, aligning budgets and goals, and partnering with managers to strengthen community partnerships while expanding AMCN’s footprint in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership role preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to drive 8–10 hours at one time.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Membership Sales Managers and drive revenue growth in assigned markets.
• Develop and execute membership sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Partner with Sales Managers to expand AMCN's market presence in the territory.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability to ensure team performance.
• Review budgets, set sales goals, and align team priorities.
• Collaborate with field-based managers to support outreach and sales efforts.
• Inspire and develop the team through training and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to expand AMCN's footprint and build community partnerships.
