Job summary

Global Medical Response (AMCN) seeks an Area Director of Membership Sales to drive revenue growth across California, Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, and Oregon. You will lead and support Membership Sales Managers, work hands-on in the field to ensure performance, and strategize to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive long hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership role.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to drive 8–10 hours at one time.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: oversee and motivate a team of Membership Sales Managers, field-based.
• Drive Growth: develop and execute membership sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Market Development: expand AMCN’s presence in assigned markets with new and existing managers.
• Hands-On Leadership: provide coaching and accountability to ensure team performance.
• Strategize: review budgets, set sales goals, and align team priorities.
• Collaborate: work directly with Membership Sales Managers in the field to support outreach.
• Lead: inspire the team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Grow the Market: identify opportunities to expand AMCN's footprint and partnerships.
