Job summary

Boys- is seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator in Independence, MO to manage membership data, attendance, and reporting using My ClubHub. You will support enrollment and parent communications, train staff, and ensure accurate, timely data handling across daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with administrative experience, familiarity with youth programs, and CPR/First Aid certification. The role emphasizes precise record-keeping and teamwork with the Unit Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of administrative experience.
• Three to five years experience with the Clubs or in related field.
• Proficiency with computer programs/software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with youth, parents, staff, and volunteers.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent bookkeeping and clerical skills.
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, applications, and member data.
• Train and supervise enrollment specialists; manage enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership functions including data entry and data maintenance.
• Maintain member files, attendance, and parent information.
• Prepare weekly SACC and monthly membership reports.
• Monitor My ClubHub data accuracy and reporting requirements.
• Train and supervise enrollment staff and volunteers.
• Collect membership fees and issue receipts; secure funds daily.
