Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union in Michigan seeks a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support East Region branch locations. This role helps members with financial decisions, builds trust, and delivers a positive customer experience.

The position is part-time with up to 26–29 hours per week, including Saturdays. You will engage in transactions, deposits, loans, and product recommendations while promoting fraud prevention and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications.
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a part-time Regional Member Advisor to support our East Region branch locations. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience.

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

Up to 26-29 hours per week, including:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday shifts beginning as early as 7:45 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• Every Saturday 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Work locations may vary between assigned East Region branches based on business needs.
