Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Advisor at our Spring Arbor Rd Branch. You will help members navigate financial decisions, open and maintain deposit accounts, and assist with loan applications while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prefer at least one year in banking, retail, or customer service. The role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team and a purpose-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a part-time Member Advisor to join our team at our Spring Arbor Rd Branch location. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience.

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule

Up to 26-29 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
