• Accurately process member transactions, including cash, checks, and loans, while adhering to policies and standards.
• Open accounts, enroll members in services, and clearly explain terms.
• Process and close loan applications with documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Apply security, compliance, and fraud training to protect members and their information.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals while contributing to the team and organization.
