Zusammenfassung

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Regional Medical Scientific Director (PhD/MD/etc.) to lead scientific exchange and research within rheumatology and dermatology immunology.

This remote-enabled role supports national and regional scientific leaders, develops site strategies, and ensures compliant scientific communications. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with SLs, coordinating clinical study concepts, site initiation where applicable, and contributing to congress activities

Qualifikationen

PhD/MD/DO/PharmD/DNP/DNP or equivalent terminal degree required.
Proven competence with 3+ years in a therapeutic area beyond the degree program.
Ability to discuss with external stakeholders at doctoral level.
Commitment to scientific excellence and education.

Aufgaben

Develops professional relationships with national and regional scientific leaders to provide approved, non-product medical information.
Engages in peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintains a medical contact within the company.
Addresses questions outside the scope of the role to appropriate company resources.
Keeps current knowledge of the therapeutic area's scientific and clinical landscape.
