Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience beyond the terminal degree program.
• Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders.
• Dedication to scientific excellence with a strong focus on scientific education and dialogue.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
• Thorough knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to pharma.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work in a changing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
• Commitment to aligning with GMSA SOPs and GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops professional relationships and engages with national and regional SLs for access to approved medical and scientific information.
• Conducts peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintains a reliable presence with SLs.
• Addresses questions outside RM SDO scope (e.g., grants) to appropriate resources.
• Maintains current knowledge of AOI in therapeutic areas of interest.
• Initiates discussions with SLs/investigators to align research strategies and study concepts.
• Recommends sites and investigators for phase II–IV programs and conducts SIVs.
• Addresses investigator questions about participation in Company-sponsored trials.
• Engages in scientific congresses to facilitate data exchange.
