Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to support and expand client partnerships across the New England territory. The role is remote with occasional travel and is ideal for candidates based in the Massachusetts area.

You will drive growth in the medical management sector by acquiring new clients, expanding relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process while ensuring seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in claims industry or related B2B sales.
• B2B sales experience in medical management a plus.
• Strong proposal and contract negotiation capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 2-3 client meetings weekly, mix of virtual and in-person; travel as needed.
• Grow and manage a regional book of business in New England.
• Drive outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead to close and onboarding.
• Prepare tailored proposals highlighting Ethos' value.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with activity records.
• Represent Ethos at events and conferences.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
