Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrists with ABPN certification.
• Willingness to obtain state licensure where clinic is located.
• Experience with interventional treatments (TMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in the region.
• Implement onboarding and training policies for providers.
• Lead and mentor medical staff to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee regional clinical operations ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Develop and implement regional strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for the region.
• Enforce healthcare policies and procedures across the region.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff and stakeholders.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and improvements.
