Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Denver is seeking a Psychiatrist Medical Director to lead our outpatient psychiatry practice and oversee regional providers. You will mentor clinicians, guide onboarding, interview and select new staff, and drive regional strategy aligned with our mission.

The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and requires board certification, licensure readiness, and experience with interventional treatments. A comprehensive benefits package and travel flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist licensed or eligible to practice in the state where the clinic operates.
• Experience with interventional treatments, preferably TMS.
• 2+ years of leadership in a multi-clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead psychiatrists and nurse practitioners across the region.
• Maintain an outpatient clinical practice and ensure compliance.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and training for providers.
• Drive regional strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
