Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Regional Medical Director – Psychiatrist to guide high-level clinical and operational outcomes across the Las Colinas region. You will mentor physicians and nurse practitioners, oversee a busy outpatient practice, and drive interventional psychiatry initiatives with compassion and rigor.

Qualifications

• Board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Licensed to practice in the state where the clinic is located.
• Experience with interventional treatments, preferably TMS.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• United States citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsabilités

• Lead psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in the region.
• Mentor providers and maintain outpatient clinical standards.
