Job summary

Qualifications

• Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Current or willingness to obtain state medical license in clinic location.
• Experience with interventional treatments, preferably TMS.
• Minimum 2 years leadership in multi-clinic setting.
• Unencumbered DEA license and clean background.
• US citizenship or green card.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
• Maintain personal outpatient clinical practice.
• Manage psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in your region.
• Implement onboarding and training policies for providers.
• Participate in interviewing and provider selection.
• Lead and mentor staff, promoting collaboration.
• Oversee clinical operations for compliance and best practices.
• Drive regional strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and improvements.
