Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Dallas invites a Regional Medical Director – Psychiatrist to lead outpatient psychiatric services across the region, advancing clinical excellence. You will mentor providers, oversee psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, implement onboarding and training policies, and drive regional strategy with a focus on compliant, evidence-based care.

The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and offers a high-earning compensation package and robust benefits, including CME support

Qualifications

• Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the corresponding state.
• Experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS.
• 2+ years of demonstrable leadership experience, ideally with a multi-clinic organization.
• Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background.
• Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead psychiatrists and PMHNPs in the region.
• Maintain personal outpatient clinical practice.
• Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Implement onboarding and training policies for providers.
• Involvement in interviewing and selection of providers.
• Lead and mentor staff, promoting a collaborative environment.
• Drive regional strategy aligned with organizational goals.
