BJC HealthCare is seeking a Regional Float Medical-Surgical RN to support 11 MO/IL hospitals. The role focuses on acute care Med/Surg, with nightly 12-hour shifts and a rotating weekend/holiday schedule. Expect system-wide exposure, onboarding, and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Must have 2+ years in acute Med/Surg, MO RN license (Illinois license possible), and willingness to travel. ADN/BSN/MSN accepted; training week of 5 days.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience.
• Current Missouri RN license + ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• Willingness to travel between BJC facilities in MO & IL.
• ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted.
• Initial training: 5 days full-time during first week.

Aufgaben

• Float to 11 BJC hospitals across MO & IL for Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
• Provide direct patient care, assessments, diagnoses and care planning.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate care and safety.
• Mentor and support staff, promote patient-family-centered care.
• Follow evidence-based practice and regulatory standards.
