Job description

Join a healthcare system as a Regional Float Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. This role provides patient-centered, high-quality care in acute Med/Surg units, with extended assignments at a single hospital to foster familiarity and stability. Responsibilities include assessing patients, implementing evidence-based care plans, advocating for patients, and collaborating with interprofessional teams.

The role emphasizes professional growth, leadership, and communication, encouraging nurses to serve as mentors and promote a positive work environment. The position requires 2+ years of acute Med/Surg RN experience, a current RN license (Missouri and ability to obtain Illinois), and flexibility to travel between facilities. Schedule involves three 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Compensation includes shift differentials, mileage reimbursement, and licensing support.
