Job summary

Summit Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a Regional MDS to oversee mamagement of MDS assessments and care planning across six facilities. You will ensure CMS submissions are accurate and timely, audit documentation, and train facility MDS coordinators on regulations and best practices.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to improve quality measures and outcomes in a complex skilled nursing environment, providing structure, oversight, and adherence to CMS rules across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license.
• 2+ years in skilled nursing with MDS expertise.
• Experience supporting MDS operations across multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and clinical documentation standards.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDS assessments and care planning across six facilities.
• Ensure accurate, timely CMS submissions.
