Qualifications

You will work closely with facility leaders and MDS teams to strengthen processes, promote consistency, and help ensure teams are set up for success in a complex skilled nursing environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing, with strong expertise in MDS assessments, RAI processes, and CMS regulations.
• Experience supporting MDS operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and clinical documentation standards.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
