Arcadia-Ltc- in Illinois seeks a Regional MDS Consultant to ensure accurate, timely MDS assessments and PPS submissions. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams to optimize RUG categories and reimbursement for skilled services.

The role requires a current Illinois RN license and at least five years of management in long-term care. This hybrid position includes travel within Central Illinois and collaboration with nursing, dietary, social, and physician services.

Qualifications

Must have a current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
Five years of management experience in long-term care.
Knowledge of professional basic nursing, restoratives and personal care services.

Responsabilités

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS assessments including PPS.
Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the MDS for each resident within regulatory timeframes.
Verify electronic submissions of MDS, perform corrections, and maintain records.
Oversee MDS/PPS documentation and submission; integrate nursing, dietary, social recreation, restorative, rehabilitation and physician services; travel for Central Illinois.
