Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Regional MDS Consultant in Central Illinois. You will lead the timely completion of Medicare/Medicaid MDS/ PPS documentation, integrate nursing, dietary, social, restorative and physician services to ensure appropriate reimbursement.

Requires an active Illinois RN license and at least five years of management experience in long-term care. The role is hybrid with travel and a focus on accurate data, compliance with state and federal regulations, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license (unencumbered).
• At least 5 years of management experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge of professional nursing, restoratives and personal care services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS assessments including PPS Medicare.
• Verify electronic submissions of MDS and maintain appropriate records.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation to complete the MDS for each resident.
• Oversee MDS/PPS documentation and submission to ensure regulatory compliance.
