Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and Care Plans across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state MDS regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Educate and mentor MDS Coordinators; provide leadership development and guidance.
• Travel to skilled nursing facilities to support teams and ensure high-quality resident assessments.
• Coordinate Medicare/Managed Care documentation to optimize reimbursement.
