CCH Healthcare in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced RN Regional MDS Coordinator to provide leadership and oversight for MDS operations, PDPM performance, and regulatory compliance across our network of Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role offers collaboration with facility leaders, education on MDS coding, audits, and strategies to maximize reimbursement while improving resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• At least 5 years of MDS/RAI experience in SNF/LTC.
• Mandatory: prior Regional MDS leadership or regional reimbursement role.
• Direct oversight across multiple SNFs required.
• Proven success in PDPM, reimbursement and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDS and reimbursement operations across multiple SNFs.
• Audit facilities for CMS/state regulations and reimbursement requirements.
• Review MDS, care plans, documentation, transmission reports and reimbursement outcomes.
• Monitor PDPM performance, CMI, and revenue integrity.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to MDS Coordinators and facility leaders.
• Deliver education on MDS coding, documentation, and reimbursement optimization.
• Support survey readiness and corrective action plans when needed.
• Analyze reimbursement trends and develop improvement strategies.
• Partner with facility leadership to improve resident outcomes and quality measures.
• Lead regional process-improvement initiatives for clinical reimbursement programs.
