Job summary

MGM Healthcare seeks a Regional MDS Coordinator (RN or LPN) to support centers in Oklahoma. The role focuses on MDS / RAI processes, regulatory compliance, and documentation accuracy across facilities in the Oklahoma region, with potential travel to multiple centers.

The position includes education reimbursement, PTO accrual, holiday coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Applicants should be licensed nurses with MDS experience and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• MDS experience preferred; will educate and grow skill set.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Strong documentation and regulatory knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Understand RAI process and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate pre-admission information for MDS/Care planning.
• Collaborate with DON to ensure timely nursing documentation and assessments.
• Train staff on RAI process and ADL documentation.
• Code MDS and manage department operations.
• Prepare and submit ADRs and revenue audits.
• Review CMS/QM reports for quality assurance.
