Overview

The ideal Clinical Reimbursement Specialist is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about supporting and training stakeholders.

Travel to assigned sites Monday - Friday is required.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Assist with systems development and implementation related to the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Prospective Payment Systems (PPS), Quality Measures (QMs), Medicaid Casemix, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines for all SHC stakeholders.
• Assist with designing and presenting education on RAI, PPS, Quality Measures, Medicare, utilizing various media, technology, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct site visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and evaluate RAI/MDS/PPS processes.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the ability to obtain multi-state licenses.
• At least five (5) years of related experience as a licensed RN in a long-term care setting.
• Recent MDS experience within the past two (2) years.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% with overnight stays.
• Sign-on bonus of $5K (Limited Time Only!).

Covering Liberty, Rockcastle, Danville, Harrodsburg, Clinton County, Summit Manor.

RN required with 3+ years recent MDS experience.
