Job Opportunity: Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

Overview

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about supporting and training stakeholders. The role requires travel to assigned sites Monday through Friday.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Assist with systems development and implementation related to Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Prospective Payment Systems (PPS), Quality Measures (QMs), Medicaid Casemix, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Design and deliver training on RAI, PPS, Quality Measures, and Medicare education using various media and methods.
• Conduct site visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and evaluate RAI/MDS/PPS processes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with the ability to obtain multi-state licenses.
• At least five years of related experience as a licensed RN in a long-term care setting.
• Recent MDS experience in LTC within the past two years.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% with overnight stays.

Additional Details

Full-time position offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus (limited time). Covering areas including Liberty, Rockcastle, Danville, Harrodsburg, Clinton County, and Summit Manor. RN license required with 2 years of recent MDS experience.

Salary Range
