Job Opportunity: Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

Signature HealthCARE, a family-based healthcare provider operating across 7 states, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Reimbursement Specialist. This role requires self-motivation and a passion for supporting stakeholders, with the ability to travel Monday through Friday to assigned sites.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Assist with systems development and implementation related to Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Prospective Payment Systems (PPS), Quality Measures (QMs), Medicaid Casemix, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Design and present educational sessions on RAI, PPS, Quality Measures, and Medicare using various media and formats.
• Conduct site visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and evaluate RAI/MDS/PPS processes.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with ability to obtain multi-state licenses.
• At least five years of experience as a licensed RN in long-term care.
• Recent MDS experience in LTC within the past two years.
• Willingness to travel 80-90%, including overnight stays.
