Job summary

Loenbro seeks a seasoned Material, Logistics & Tool Management Manager to lead material control, warehousing, and site logistics across fabrication facilities and active projects in the Phoenix region.

You will drive scalable systems and controls, coordinating with Operations, Procurement, and Field Leadership to ensure safe, efficient material flow and tool accountability while optimizing costs and productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, heavy construction, manufacturing, logistics, material management, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse, logistics, material management, or construction support personnel.
• Experience supporting self-perform industrial construction operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction materials, equipment, and workflows.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and geographically dispersed operations.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, material takeoffs, packing lists, and procurement reports.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement material management processes and standards for company-wide use.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of project materials.
• Coordinate material transfers between warehouses, fabrication facilities, and project sites.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans for construction projects and laydown yards.
• Lead warehouse, logistics, and tool management personnel across multiple locations.
• Recruit, train, and develop logistics and warehouse teams; enforce safety and accountability standards.
