Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Principal Automation Engineer for Material Handling & Warehouse Automation to drive execution across North America EMS sites. You will mentor teams, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure automation solutions align with production needs, NPI, and new asset introduction.

You will lead regional deployment, focus on rack and intralogistics, and work closely with the General Automation team to integrate into production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in warehouse automation and material handling systems.
• Experience driving automation deployment across multi-site environments.
• Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of material handling and warehouse automation across North America EMS sites.
• Support NPI and New Automation Asset Introduction alignment with production needs.
• Guide deployment with suppliers, integrators, and internal teams; ensure integration with production operations.
• Provide mentoring and capability-building across sites; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with General Automation and Sr. Manager to align execution with regional priorities.
