Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of material handling systems across multiple sites within the assigned region.
Analyze existing operations to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Develop ROI analyses and project scopes with budgets and timelines.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT for seamless integration.
Manage material handling projects from concept to implementation within budget and schedule.
Evaluate equipment and technologies based on tech specs and cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership and training to site teams.
Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the region.
Standardize processes, equipment, and best practices across sites.
