Role Overview:

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing specialist passionate about delivering impactful event experiences. You will support planning and executing in-person and virtual events across the Americas, managing logistics, vendors, and operational details to achieve strategic goals.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports to the Sr. Regional Marketing Manager and collaborates with the Americas and Latam marketing teams, as well as sales, digital, developer relations, and product marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and third-party events, including promotion and logistics.
  2. Manage processes like landing pages, swag, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
  3. Assist sales enablement with lead delivery and post-event follow-up.
  4. Maintain campaign tracking and reporting using SFDC and other systems.
  5. Build and organize marketing materials and documentation for scalability.

Who You'll Work With:

You will be part of the Americas Regional Marketing team, focusing on lead generation through various marketing activities, including events, digital campaigns, and partnerships.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5+ years in B2B event or field marketing, with a focus on in-person execution.
  • Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Proactive, independent worker comfortable managing vendors and contracts.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau; familiarity with event platforms like Splash is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

The annual base salary range for this role in the US is $80,000—$120,000 USD, with potential bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
