Job Title: Marketing Professional - Medicare

Location: Florida (Remote/Field-Based)

Compensation: Highly competitive annual salary, plus mileage/vehicle allowance (negotiable)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional with extensive Medicare knowledge to join our Florida team (Tampa to Miami). This role involves developing relationships, securing referrals, and expanding our home health services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary contact for Medicare-related marketing and business development, understanding Medicare processes, Advantage plans, and requirements.
2. Build and maintain relationships with Medicare representatives and organizations to generate referrals.
3. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for Medicare recipients.
4. Attend community events, engage with organizations, and identify partnership opportunities.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related; Master’s preferred. Minimum 2+ years working directly with Medicare and Advantage plans, with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of Medicare systems, referral pathways, and compliance with marketing regulations. Experience in home health industry preferred.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel as needed.
