REGIONAL MARKETING/MERCHANDISING MANAGER - NJ

Position Overview

The Regional Marketing/Merchandising Manager plays a vital role in driving corporate initiatives, maintaining brand standards, and leading regional marketing strategies to support growth and sales objectives. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and coordination skills to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with operations to implement monthly marketing initiatives and support site visits and reviews.
  2. Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with local trends and consumer preferences.
  3. Coordinate and execute strategic marketing projects in collaboration with the marketing team.
  4. Analyze marketing performance metrics and report to the Chief Creative Officer.
  5. Gain deep knowledge of the regional marketplace to educate and inform unit operators.
  6. Create innovative marketing and merchandising strategies to stay competitive.
  7. Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials.
  8. Support new account openings with branding and communication strategies.
  9. Explore emerging marketing technologies and service models.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and partners for seamless program execution.
  11. Assist in crafting quarterly business reports and support sales and brand-building initiatives.
  12. Lead projects related to business development and digital solutions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Strong merchandising and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with video content creation and digital platforms is a plus.
Additional Details

This role includes a company car for travel, with up to 30% travel outside NJ to support marketing efforts and site visits. The position is full-time, mid-senior level, within the Food and Beverage Services industry.
