POSITION SUMMARY:

Whether you're an experienced CDL truck driver seeking a career change or a new CDL driver starting out, we offer an opportunity to join our dedicated team of Pepsi Product delivery partners! Drivers will operate a Commercial Vehicle safely, manually unload, and deliver essential products to valued customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the truck is accurately loaded before each run.
  • Safely load and unload products using equipment like hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
  • Complete all deliveries, ensuring products arrive in good condition.
  • Build, merchandise, and maintain promotional displays per company standards.
  • Visit each scheduled account and develop strong relationships.
  • Manage and rotate back-stock as needed.
  • Organize damaged products for return or disposal.
  • Report customer requests to supervisors.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement, meeting DOT regulations.
  • Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
  • Ability to lift heavy cases and merchandise throughout the day.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient with office equipment and technology.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel to customer locations, with interior/exterior conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Lift/carry 12 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Push/pull similar weight ranges.
  • Bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, crawl, reach, stand, walk, sit, drive, and type as required.

COMPENSATION:

Earn up to $80,000/year including base, overtime, and commissions. Starting at $12.1336/hour, with potential to earn $1000 or more weekly.
