Position Overview

The Regional Marketing/Merchandising Manager plays a key role in driving corporate initiatives, maintaining brand standards, and leading marketing strategies to support regional growth and sales objectives. The role requires a mix of creativity and strategic planning, along with the ability to coordinate and execute marketing plans that boost brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operations to implement monthly marketing initiatives, ensure quality standards, and support site visits and account reviews.
  • Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with local market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Coordinate and execute strategic marketing projects, collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and report to the Chief Creative Officer, ensuring alignment with growth goals.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the regional marketplace to educate and inform unit operators.
  • Create innovative marketing and merchandising strategies to stay competitive.
  • Manage the development and distribution of marketing resources and promotional materials.
  • Support new account openings with branding and communication strategies.
  • Explore emerging marketing technologies and service models to enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners for seamless marketing execution.
  • Assist in crafting quarterly business reports and support strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling brand messages.
  • Strong merchandising and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Organizational skills and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with video content creation and digital applications is a plus.
