Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group, is seeking a regional marketing leader to oversee consumer experience programs for museums, performing arts centers and corporate clients. This role will train and support marketing teams, develop merchandising strategies, and lead initiatives to grow revenue, enhance client experiences, and strengthen the Company brand across the region.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience, with strong strategic thinking,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related leadership role.
• Strategic, creative, and innovative with current marketing tools and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate, train and provide implementation support on marketing and merchandising elements for consumer experience programs.
• Lead the marketing function for the region to support growth, innovation, customer and client experiences and steward the Company brand.
• Create solutions to enhance customer experience and coach unit marketing managers to achieve profitability and impact goals.
• Oversee content and standards as a centralized planning resource and participate in client innovation updates.
