Job summary

Eurest is seeking a hospitality‑focused Marketing Manager to drive branding and marketing initiatives across the OH/IN/MI region and supporting multiple accounts. The role involves developing promotional materials, digital applications, and service innovations while partnering with regional leadership to grow revenue and enhance client experiences.

The successful candidate will travel regionally (50% car travel with a company car provided) and have a degree plus 3–4 years in marketing,

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree and 3-4 years of communications, marketing, operations and/or relevant experience.
• Travel to various locations within the Midwest Region, or nationally on an as needed basis.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong writing, merchandising and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Canva & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing campaigns and materials for OH/IN/MI region.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to drive growth and brand consistency.
• Support promotional materials, digital apps and service innovations.
• Collaborate with vendors and on-site teams to execute campaigns.
• Align marketing with culinary and operations to boost revenue.
