Eurest, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a hospitality-focused Marketing Manager to drive branding and marketing initiatives across the OH/IN/MI Region. The role partners with senior portfolio and culinary leadership to grow revenue, enhance client experiences, and steward the Eurest brand.

Occasional regional travel is required, with 3–4 days on-site each week. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in marketing/communications in Food & Beverage, strong writing and project management skills, and

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree with 3–4 years in communications, marketing, or operations.
• Experience in Food & Beverage marketing strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Midwest or nationally as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong merchandising and presentation sense.
• Proficient in Canva and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead branding and marketing initiatives within the Great Lakes region.
• Support multiple accounts with marketing and merchandising elements.
• Develop promotional materials, digital applications, and service innovations.
• Collaborate with regional culinary leadership to drive growth.
• Coordinate with operations, IT, print and digital vendors.
